Discover the joys of shooting one of the all-time favorite rifles–the .22 rifle. We will discuss rifle nomenclature, dominant eye, sight picture, sight alignment, breath control, trigger squeeze, shooting positions, plus much more. We will provide rifles and ammunition for those who do not have one. If you plan to use your own, bring a minimum of 50 rounds of new ammunition for your firearm. Make sure all firearms are unloaded before arriving at the range. There should be no live ammunition, or uncased firearms inside the classroom. Please leave all firearms in the vehicle until the class is dismissed including all concealed carry handguns and magazines.

to complete the virtual/online portion of the prescribed burn course prior to attending the in person workshop. The online course can be found at https://www.hunter-ed.com/prescribedburn/ A link to the online course as well as instructions will also be sent to participants by email. Please allow up to 5 days for email to process. The online course is a mandatory prerequisite. Please bring your certificate of completion, provided at the end of the online course. No demonstration burn is planned with this workshop.

Join us to learn the basics of the care and cleaning of handguns. This program will include tips and techniques for all aspects of maintenance for your firearm. Bring the owner's manual, if you have it. You may bring your own unloaded firearm and magazines to class or use ours. DO NOT bring any ammunition into the classroom . Anyone under age 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult.
